What you do
Build the recycling chain
Collect, return deposits, sort and process. Four stations work together in one chain, and every upgrade makes the money roll in faster. Hire Bent, Birthe, Freja and Kofi to run them while you're away.
Sort it right, and learn why
Pizza boxes, light bulbs, milk cartons, batteries: items ride past on the belt and you get each one into the right bin in time. It uses the ten Danish waste types, and when you get one wrong, it tells you why.
Beat Garbage Gary
Gary cheats, taunts and grabs the best contracts if you're not faster. Race him for contracts and clean up the city one district at a time.
From the backyard to New York
Five chapters take you from a Copenhagen backyard to Berlin, Tokyo and New York. Every city brings new bins, new rules and a new goal.
Fair, with no pressure
Free, and everything can be reached without paying. No ads that interrupt you, only videos you choose to watch. No account and no tracking.
The platform engineer's cut
How it's built
A one-person game, run like a platform team runs a service.
Game rules in their own package
All the rules live in a pure Swift package with no UI: economy, sorting, contracts, saves and offline earnings. It's covered by 900+ unit tests, and the SwiftUI app on top only draws what the core decides.
CI that runs on my own cluster
GitHub Actions runs the Linux jobs on self-hosted runners in my own Kubernetes cluster, and the expensive macOS jobs only run when Swift code actually changed.
Releases from a single button
A release workflow reuses the exact CI build, signs it and uploads it to TestFlight, with drafted release notes. App Store screenshots and the preview video are generated by scripts, in both languages.
Privacy by default
No account and no tracking. The save lives on the phone, analytics are anonymous and only sent after the player says yes, and the ads are non-personalised.
